Chloe Bennet wants Marvel TV and Movie Universes to Directly Crossover!

In a recent interview, actress Chloe Bennet of Agents of Shield, shared her opinion that she finds it irritating that the Marvel TV Universe and Movie Universe do not directly crossover. While during the run of Agents of Shield, there have been hints and nods to what is occurring in the Marvel Cinematic Universe Timeline, there has yet to be a plot or character that has crossed over to appear in either universe. There’s a Civil War going on at Marvel, and we’re not talking about Team Cap and Team Iron Man! While Marvel’s television shows like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, and Jessica Jones have acknowledged the films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it’s been a pretty one-way relationship between Marvel Studios and Marvel TV. That fact has not gone unnoticed by the stars of Marvel’s television series.

Via Bleeding Cool, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. star Chloe Bennet addressed the divide between Marvel’s film and television divisions while making an appearance at Wizard World Des Moines Comic Con. When asked why the Avengers haven’t been called in on the Hive crisis, Bennet replied that she didn’t know. “People who make movies for Marvel, why don’t you acknowledge what happens on our show? Why don’t you guys go ask them that? Cause they don’t seem to care!”
